U.L. Harper is a literary and speculative fiction author.
U.L.’s writing journey began in Long Beach, California, where he experimented as a poet, and worked as a journalist. It’s where he facilitated poetry readings and performed at open mics. He’s been writing down to earth stories that blossom into the fantastical since junior high school. His influences include Kurt Vonnegut, Octavia Butler, Clive Barker, Chuck Palahniuk, and Joyce Carrol Oates.
He now lives in Tacoma, Washington with his wife and daughter.
